Information on the processing of personal data and Cookies policy pursuant to art. 13 of the European Union Regulation n. 679/2016.

With this document, the Data Controller, as defined below, wishes to inform you about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected through the domain www.tiferno.it and about the rights that are recognized by the dictated legislation on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and their free movement. This information may be subject to changes and updates, as well as supplemented by specific information for any additional services requested by the user that may involve further processing.

For the purposes of this information, without prejudice to the definitions referred to in art. 4 of EU Reg. 679/2016, means:

a) domain: the domain reachable at http://www.tiferno.it/;
b) collection points: areas located within the www.tiferno.it domain for the collection of personal data (e.g. contact form, newsletter subscription box).

3) - Type of data collected

3.a - With regard to the data collected, I inform you that the collection and processing, preceded by the release of consent where required, concern the following types of data:

I- Common and identification personal data: In order to be able to carry out the relationship and / or the services connected to it, personal data is collected such as: user identification data such as name, surname, headquarters, email address and in any case all those essential data to proceed to correctly process the requests received.

II- Particular categories of data: The site does not currently collect and process particular data. In cases where the collection of particular categories of personal data is carried out through the domain pursuant to art. 9 of EU Reg. 679/2016, you will be previously informed and possibly put in a position to issue suitable consent.

III- Data relating to minors: the provision of personal data through the collection points on the website www.tiferno.it is reserved for adults, unless specifically indicated.

IV- Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error ..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical crimes.

4) - Purpose of the Treatment

v) evaluate certain personal aspects to analyze or predict aspects concerning your preferences, your interests and your behavior, as well as improve the usability and consultation of the site.

5) - Processing methods

5.a - The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 4 no. 2) of EU Reg. 679/2016 and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

5.b - Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.

5.c - The owner will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes referred to in point 4.a, subject to different terms provided for by the fulfillment of legal or tax obligations and for no more than 12 months from the collection of data for the purposes referred to in point 4.b lett. v).

5.d - Your personal data will be stored within the European Union and the related security policies are reviewed in accordance with the relevant Best Practices.

5.e - Except as specified in point 3.4 no. V of this information, profiling operations or other different automated decision-making processes are not carried out on the site.

6) - Nature of data provision

6.a - The provision of personal data in general is not mandatory but, in some cases, it may be necessary to allow you to benefit from the services and features of the site.

6.b - The provision of certain personal data is instead necessary to execute your specific requests. Therefore if you do not provide such data, the Data Controller will not be able to satisfy your requests.

7) - Legal basis for the processing

7.a - On the basis of current legislation on the protection of personal data, the latter are processed by virtue of the following legal bases:
i) the consent issued in a specific, correct, informed and unequivocal way;
ii) the fulfillment of contractual obligations or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party;
iii) the fulfillment of obligations or orders to which the owner is required by law or by order of the authority.

8) - Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

8.a - The personal data referred to in this statement may be processed: i) by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge or persons authorized by the same, limited to their competences and duties and on the basis of the assigned tasks and instructions imparted; ii) External managers appointed for this purpose and by persons authorized by the same limited to their competences and duties and on the basis of the assigned tasks and instructions given.

8.b - The owner for ordinary management, accounting and administrative activities, will be able to communicate your personal data, after acquiring your consent in the cases and in the ways provided by law, in compliance with the security measures, to third party service providers at only for the purpose of performing the services requested by the same, such as: i) postal service companies; ii) law firms and notaries; iii) consultants and other service companies; iv) additional subjects in compliance with any legal obligations (e.g. insurance companies, police forces, judicial authorities, etc ...).

8.c - In no case will your personal data be disclosed.

9) - Transfers abroad

9.a - The owner does not transfer personal data abroad on his own initiative. However, some third parties, service providers, may have their servers physically located abroad. In this eventuality, the transfer of data abroad will take place exclusively within the scope and in compliance with articles 44 and following of the EU Reg. 679/2016.

10) - Rights of the interested parties

10.a - Pursuant to articles 15 and ss of EU Reg. 679/2016 you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation that a processing of your personal data is in progress and possibly access to such data, in addition to receiving a copy of the personal data object of treatment. You can also obtain the following information: the purposes of the treatment; the categories of data processed; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated; the retention period of such data or the criteria for determining it; the existence of the right to request the correction or deletion of such data; limitation or opposition to such treatment; the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority; the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling, and, if the data are transferred to a third country or to an international organization, the existence of adequate guarantees for the transfer.

10.b - You also have the right to ask the Data Controller to correct inaccurate personal data, integrate incomplete data, delete your personal data (where the conditions set out in art.17 of the EU Reg. Exist. 679/2016), the limitation of the processing, the revocation of consent and the portability of the data, as well as to exercise, at any time and without justification, the right to object to the processing for direct marketing purposes.

10.c - Your possible requests, both those relating to the exercise of the aforementioned rights and any other question relating to the processing of your personal data, can be sent by e-mail to info@tiferno.it or by ordinary post to the owner's address (see art. 2). For the fulfillment of these requests, the Data Controller reserves the right to request the presentation of a valid identification document.
